ABOUT THE TRUST
Thai Ullam Trust was settled on 20 April 2026 at Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. It is
perpetual, irrevocable and bound — by law and by intention — to public
charitable purpose.
The Trust takes its name from the Tamil Thai Ullam — a mother’s heart. It is the disposition we bring to every village, every classroom and every health camp: presence, patience, and the belief that dignity is owed to everyone.
Founded by Mrs. M. Prabadevi alongside a small board of trustees, the Trust holds an initial corpus of ₹10,000 which is added to through donations, contributions, grants and endowments. Every contribution is held strictly upon the trusts declared in the deed.
Our work is non-discriminatory. We serve without regard to caste, creed, community or religion, and our activities are restricted to charitable purposes as defined in Section 2(15) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 — excluding any activity in the nature of commerce or business.
