Trustees serve an initial term of ten years from the date of execution of the
Trust Deed. They hold the Trust property, accept no private benefit, and act
bona fide in the execution of their duties.

A trustee ceases to hold office on unsoundness of mind, insolvency, or conviction for any offence involving moral turpitude.
Trustees stand indemnified out of the Trust property against liabilities incurred bona fide in the execution of their duties.
